Organizer of the game

The organizer of Catwalk Shades Raffle (hereinafter referred to as: Game) is Catwalk Shades (hereinafter referred to as:Organizer).

The Facebook page managed by the Organizer: https://www.facebook.com/catwalkshades (hereinafter referred to as: Organizer's page).

Terms and Conditions of participation

Submitting an entry for the game is open to persons who

• have valid coupon code,
• are registered users of facebook.com,
• likes the Organizer's page,
• provide permission for basic profile data.

By participating in the game, the user automatically accepts the Terms and Conditions of the game. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, Participants agree that they are fully aware of it. In case of rejecting the Terms and Conditions or any of its provision, the Participants are not entitled to take part in the Game and shall be disqualified.

Participants could be any individual (hereinafter referred to as Participant) who accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Game, starts the Game and submits at least 1 raffle in the box.

Relating to any other issues not tackled in these Terms and Conditions, legislation forces are applicable.

Number of raffle tickets

At the beginning of the Game users are provided with 1 ticket.

Verification of the Game

After submitting the raffle tickets in the box, the Participant shall give permission to his/her basic profile information and email address.

Selecting and Publicizing the winner

Winners are drawn by random algorithms on 31/05/2017 07:47 PM. The winning ticket and its owner will be announced on the Game's start screen after 31/05/2017 07:47 PM. The winner is also gets a Facebook Notification.

Main Prize

The main prize of the Game: Shoes.
After publicizing the winner, the Organizer gets in touch with the winner to arrange delivery of the prize.

Other provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to extend the duration of the Game with the modification of the Terms and Conditions in this respect.

The Organizer will not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with this Game, or with the acceptance or possession of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).

The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. It is the Participant's responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. The continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and/or services.
Algorithms for the selection and decisions of the Organizer on all matters relating to the Game are final, conclusive and binding, and no correspondence in relation thereto will be entered into.

By participating in this Game, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in the disqualification from the Game.

There may also be times when the Game or any part of it is not available for technical or maintenance related reasons, whether on a scheduled or unscheduled basis.

The Organizer shall not be responsible to the participant for any loss that is suffered as a result of an unauthorized person accessing the account and playing the Game. Also, the Organizer accepts no responsibility for any losses or harm resulting from the Game's unauthorized use, whether fraudulently or otherwise.

User verifies that all the information he/she provides on accessing and/or playing the Game are and shall remain true, accurate and complete at all times.
